The Pantone Color Institute have declared 2012 as the colour of Tangerine Tango, a vibrant orange.

Orange can be an uplifting colour to use in your home, so why pep up your bedroom or sitting room with this tangerine orange coloured Darjeeling throw?

Knit effect candles

It’s no secret that we’re rather fond of candles, both for practical purposes and as decorative home accessories.

With the January sales now in full pelt, we’ve spotted these rather lovely knit effect candles reduced by 50% at John Lewis.

Available in two sizes, the  the small red knit effect candle (10cm) is now £4 and the large (15cm) candle is now only £5.

Mistletoe heart

Mistletoe doesn’t have to be just for Christmas – this metal mistletoe heart wreath decoration can be used and enjoyed in your home all year long!
