Norwegian inspired coasters
These pretty coasters are part of the Norwegian folk range of homeware products from Lakeland.
Although they’re described as ‘homely and rustic,’ the vibrant designs are colourful and jolly.
All of the range, which includes storage tins, table mats and a double oven glove, are currently reduced – often quite significantly - in the sale.

Handy surface protector
Kitchen surfaces can easily become damaged through putting hot pans on them, but this handy surface protector and multi mat will help prevent unnecessary damage.
Made by Le Creuset, it’s made of silicone and is heat resistant of up to 425C, plus you can stick it in the dishwasher to clean it off if you need to.
As an added bonus, it has multiple abilities too. You can use it, for example, to help you unscrew tricky jar lids, as the grooves on the mat help provide some much needed grip.
The red multi mat is available for under a fiver from Amazon.

- Candle holder with handle
Votive candle holders are great, but all too often with tall or deep holders, it’s a bit problematic lighting the candle without burning your fingers.
This
clever idea sorts out that problem fantastically well. The vintage style votive candle holder comes complete with a long armed holder.
You pop your votive or tealight candle in the base of it it, light it, then lower it down into the candle holder using the handle. The handle is dainty enough to not stick out too much and be unsightly.
