If you want the look and feel of a real Christmas tree, but without the hassle of falling needles and the need to buy another tree next year, then artificial Christmas trees are perfect. They’ve come a long way over the years and their design and style has improved enormously, so that with some, it’s had to even tell that it isn’t the real McCoy.
We rather like the look of this Nordic woodland Christmas tree. The tree is a good height (6ft), but is very nice and slender in width, making it ideal if you don’t have masses of space available for long branches.
The Nordic woodland Christmas tree is sold by John Lewis for £85. To complete the full Nordic look in your home, there are lots of coordinating red and white Nordic Christmas decorations available too.
Update Nov 2012 – This particular Nordic woodland tree is no longer available, but John Lewis have a great range of Christmas trees, including several similar woodland trees. You may also like to check out the Christmas shop at The Brilliant Gift Shop or Gifts and Plants as they both have a good selection of artificial trees, including lots of slim options.
