The Joseph Joseph scoot pizza wheel actually cuts sandwiches and pastries as well as pizzas.
When you press the button in the middle the blade guard automatically slides open, exposing the stainless steel blade.
The wheel is small enough to hold in your hand so that you have enough control, and it is easy enough to store. You simply rotate the blade guard back into position until it locks.
